PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for increasing holo type rate or storage stability of a composition containing soluble coenzyme-bound type glucose dehydrogenase (GDH). SOLUTION: A dicarboxylic acid or a salt compound is added to a composition containing soluble coenzyme-bound type glucose dehydrogenase (GDH).
