PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing baked foods, adjusting their baked color and suppressing the browning in baking the baked foods, especially the foods treated at a high temperature such as choux pastry, pie, etc., and also capable of adjusting the baked color of the baked food without limiting the freedom of the dough materials. SOLUTION: This method for producing the baked foods by baking edible dough while adjusting its baked color is provided by baking the edible dough in a state of attaching a baked color-adjusting agent on the surface of the edible dough.
