Sign plate and related machines and manufacturing procedure

The plate (1) has a reflecting sheeting (3) resulting from assembling a retroreflective base sheeting with a coating layer. The layer is in the form of a coating gel or at solid state with 10 microns thickness. The plate results from assembling, by pressurized adhesion, of already printed sheeting with a transparent support (2), where the sheeting has either characters and symbols relating to registration, or with symbology relating to road sign. Independent claims are also included for the following: (1) a machine for fabricating a reflecting sheeting (2) a method for fabricating a sign plate.
