A manufacturing method of a thick and thin polyester yarn with self-extension property is provided to obtain the enhanced soft touch in contrast to the existing thick and thin fiber. When using a polyester circular cross-section partial oriented fiber, a sheath fiber as the self-extension polyester partial oriented fiber is certainly constructed by the polyester circular cross-section partial oriented fiber. The fineness of mono denier is 0.5 to 2 denier and the total fineness thereof is the range of 50 to 120 denier. In a core fiber as the polyester draft fiber, the fineness of mono denier is 1 to 10 denier and the total fineness thereof is 30 to 120 denier. The sheath fiber is partially drafted by a supply roller and a hot roller with the draft ratio of 1.20 to 1.50. Thereafter, the over feed of 25 to 100% is imparted into the sheath fiber by means of the self extension manner and interlaced with the core fiber by the air pressure of 2 to 5kgf. The weight ratio of the two components is 40 to 60%:60 to 40%. |
