X-RAY TUBE WITH CONCAVE GRID USING CARBON NANOTUBE

摘要

An X-ray tube with a concave grid using carbon nano tube is provided to obtain a radioactive image of high efficiency and high resolution by increasing focusing of electron beam through the concave structure of a grid electrode. In a triode X-ray tube based on carbon nano tube including a cathode part(1,2) emitting electrons, a gate part inducing electron emission and an anode part(3,4) generating an X-ray by electron collision and accelerating emitted electrons, a grid(9) corresponding to the gate part has a concave structure with a fixed curvature. A nickel film is deposited on a metal substrate in order to grow the carbon nano tube on the metal substrate directly as a catalyst.
