A printed circuit board for a two-way LCD(Liquid Crystal Display) and a two-way LCD including the same are provided to reduce a thickness of a two-way back light assembly, to prevent foreign substances from flowing in, and to simplify the process by forming an insulating portion in a lower chassis that contacts a pad unit of a flexible printed circuit board. A plurality of printed circuit boards contact each other by using pad units(110,210). A chassis adheres to the printed circuit boards. An insulating material is printed or coated on a portion of the chassis corresponding to the pad units. The printed circuit boards include a flexible printed circuit board. An area of the insulating material is equal to or larger than the pad units. The chassis is formed of a metal material. |
