摘要 An organic electro luminescence display device and a fabrication method thereof are provided to improve lifetime and performance by reinforcing adhesion characteristics of the organic electro luminescence device and preventing moisture inside the organic electro luminescence device. An organic electro luminescence display device includes a first substrate(210) and a second substrate(220). A thin film transistor(Td) is formed on the first substrate. A subsidiary electrode(222) defines a plurality of pixel regions by being arranged on the second substrate. An organic electro luminescence device comprises a first electrode, a second electrode and an organic light emission layer(223(R),223(G),223(B)) intervened between the first electrode and the second electrode, in the pixel region. A spacer(230) connects the thin film transistor of the first substrate and the second electrode of the second substrate electrically. A sealing agent(240) bonds the first substrate and the second substrate. A filling material(250) is filled in the space between the first substrate and the second substrate.
