A METHOD FOR PRODUCING POLYKETONE YARN

A manufacturing method of a polyketone fiber is provided to stabilize a spin process due to the uniform gel state of the entire filament, thereby preventing the adhesion of the filament from generating. The spinning original solution is manufactured by the polyketone solution dissolved by the resorcinol solution. Thereafter, the spinning solution is spun through a spinning nozzle including an injection hole. The solution spun yarn passed through the spinning nozzle is passed through a cooling area of a cooler so that a spinning yarn is manufactured and transmitted to the solidification solution so that the filament is obtained. The obtained filament is washed, dried, treated by emulsion and drafted. The injection hole is arrayed in parallel to the progress direction of the cooling air. The distance(b) of the injection holes arrayed toward the progress of the cooling air is narrower than that(a) of the injection holes arrayed vertically toward the progress of the cooling air.
