摘要 A method of manufacturing composite seasoning by coating highly moisture-absorbent material with animal or vegetable oil, mixing low moisture-absorbent material and then granulating is provided, which remarkably shortens drying time, minimizes loss of flavor components and reduces facility maintenance cost, environmental treatment cost and labor cost. Highly moisture absorbent powder material is uniformly agitated and coated with 0.5 to 10 parts by weight of animal or vegetable oil. The coated material is added with low moisture-absorbent powder material selected from starch, wheat flour, MSG, sugar, glucose, hexane and spices and vegetable extract, animal extract and flavorings, granulated and dried with dried gas. The highly absorbent powder material contains 10 to 50 parts by weight of salt, 1 to 20 parts by weight of powdered soy sauce, 1 to 10 parts by weight of a vegetable protein hydrolysate, 1 to 10 parts by weight of powder of animal concentrates, 1 to 10 parts by weight of onion powder, 1 to 10 parts by weight of garlic powder and 1 to 1.0 part by weight of organic acid. The dried gas is air, nitrogen or a mixture of air and nitrogen.
