A power interface apparatus in a mobile terminal is provided to increase the convenience of users by activating an arbitrary electronic device using the power of a mobile terminal, checking the connection state of the electronic device, which uses either DC or AC, through the second interface connectors, and supplying proper power. A power interface apparatus(50) in a mobile terminal(10) comprises the first interface connector(52), the second interface connectors(53,54), a DC/AC inverter(56), a booster(55), and a control part(51). The first interface connector(52) is connected with the mobile terminal(10) through a cable(14). The second interface connectors(53,54) are electrically connected with an electronic device(60). The DC/AC inverter(56) inverts DC into AC. The booster(55) raises inverted voltage. The control part(51) checks the state of the electronic device(60) connected to the second interface connectors(53,54) and executes a control operation so that the DC power of the mobile terminal(10) can be directly supplied to the electronic device(60). Otherwise the control part(51) executes a control operation so that the DC power of the mobile terminal(10) can be supplied to the electronic device(60) through the DC/AC inverter(56) and the booster(55).
