A movable capsule house is provided to increase heating and air-conditioning efficiencies by cutting off the transfer of heat using an air layer and an insulation layer. The movable capsule house contains a cylindrical external wall(1) manufactured with steel to increase durability and to prevent an overturn, a cylindrical internal wall(2) formed on the inside of the external wall to form an air layer and an insulation layer between the external wall and the internal wall, a bottom plate formed on the indoor bottom and supported by a frame, many spacers formed to an air layer between the external wall and the internal wall and provided with many passages to ventilate the outside air, heating pipes(5) laid in the outer circumferential surface of the internal wall cylindrically to heat up indoors effectively, a hot water generator connected with the heating pipes to circulate a heat medium in the heating pipes, a suction port(9) and an exhaust port(10) placed on two sides of the external wall, provided with a suction passage(9a) and an exhaust passage(10a) and connected with the air layer, and an exhaust fan(11) placed on the exhaust passage and operated by a motor to cool down the external wall not to transfer heat to the internal wall.
