A mobile communication terminal testing apparatus is provided to supply power suited to an internal logic interface power level of a developed terminal irrespective of a model of the terminal, and to connect irrespective of a model of a test target terminal by mounting a universal jig, so that the jig can be used as a permanent jig. A power unit(201) downs/rectifies a supply voltage to convert the voltage into a necessary voltage for each load, and supplies the converted voltage. A power controller(202) automatically controls the power in an internal logic interface power level of a test target terminal(300) to output the controlled power. A power sensor(203) monitors the power supplied to the terminal(300), and applies the monitored power as a feedback signal to the controller(202). A jig unit(204) consists of a universal jig to connect irrespective of a model of a terminal. A key input unit(205) detects input of a key signal. A display(206) instructs setup of a test mode, test progression, and information of results in characters or numbers or graphics. A communication unit(207) processes an interface of data transceiving with a computer system and an external measuring device. An insulator(208) processes to prevent interference from occurring. An FPGA(Field Programmable Gate Array)(209) sets a program for function and performance tests on the terminal(300). An A/D(Analog to Digital) and D/A(Digital to Analog) converter(210) converts an analog signal into a digital signal or a digital signal into an analog signal to supply the converted signal to each load. A controller(211) controls power supply suited to the internal logic interface voltage level of the terminal(300).
