A dynamic vehicle tester and a process method thereof are provided to perform diagnosis of various items such as operations of parts and systems, functionality of an exhaust gas related vehicle driving system, and the like through real-time communication with an ECU(Electrical Control Unit) and an RNB(Roll and Brake Machine) in a traveling state as well as a stop state of a vehicle. A dynamic vehicle tester performs diagnosis of a vehicle by being connected to an RNB, various ECUs, and input/output peripheral devices such as a bar code scanner, a monitor, a printer, and the like. The dynamic vehicle tester includes a program, and a server. The program is connected to the RNB, ECUs, and input/output peripheral devices, and performs diagnosis of the vehicle. The server classifies and stores test result data generated by the program, and provides the data as share information between processes according to requests. The program includes an operator screen part, a communication part, a repair and maintenance part, a quality management part, and a main execution part.
