A tool port striking device is provided to prevent locking of a tool by compulsorily deviating an eject cylinder such that the tool is compulsorily positioned at right position when a tool holder rises after tool change. An automatic tool changer of a machining center includes a tool magazine(10) for accommodating tools; and a tool boy(20) arranged at one side of the tool magazine, and changing a tool through the operation of an elevating cylinder(24) and a swing cylinder via a tool holder(22). The tool holder is equipped with an eject cylinder(100), which allows the tool held at the tool holder to be accommodated in the tool magazine and to be compulsorily deviated from the tool holder when returning to the original position during tool change.
