LIPOSOME MANUFACTURING METHOD AND ITS COSMETICS CONTAINING GLUCOSAMINE

A method for manufacturing liposome containing glucosamine, and cosmetics containing the same glucosamine liposome are provided to stabilize liposome and increase the skin absorption rate and in vivo medicinal effects of glucosamine. The method for manufacturing liposome containing glucosamine comprises the steps of: mixing glucosamine and liposome materials including lecithin and lipid and passing the mixture through a microfluidizer to prepare multi lamella vesicle containing 5-20 wt.% of glucosamine having low molecular weight; and coating the liposome containing glucosamine with an oligosaccharide to stabilize the liposome, wherein the polymerization degree of glucosamine is 3-5; the low molecular weight glucosamine has molecular weight of 500 dalton or less; the size of liposome is 59-100 nm; and the liposome is fucoidan.
