A manufacturing method of an LCD(Liquid Crystal Display) is provided to form a selective etchant-resistant layer by a stamp manner by means of an elastic template. A nano tube layer(123) is formed on a substrate(101). A gate electrode(131) is formed between the substrate and the nano tube layer. Source/drain electrodes(127a,127b) are formed on the lower or upper portion of the nano tube layer. The gate electrode is also formed on the upper portion of the nano tube layer. The nano tube layer is also formed on a gate insulating layer. The source/drain electrodes are also formed at both sides of the nano tube layer. In the nano tube layer formation process, a solvent layer including plural nano tubes is formed on the substrate, thereafter the electric field is applied to the solvent layer and thereafter the solvent layer is dried. |
