An organic electro luminescence display device and a fabrication method thereof are provided to improve brightness by forming a first electrode and a subsidiary electrode on the same layer. An organic electro luminescence display device includes a first substrate(210) and a second substrate(220). A thin film transistor is formed on the first substrate. A subsidiary electrode(222) is arranged on the second substrate and defines a plurality of pixel regions. An organic electro luminescence device includes a first electrode(221), a second electrode(225) and an organic emission layer(223) intervened between the first electrode and the second electrode, in the pixel region. A spacer(230) connects the thin film transistor of the first substrate and a second electrode of the second substrate electrically. |
