A structure for preventing cooling of a rear expansion valve of a vehicle is provided to connect a condensed water drain pipe to a blower cap of an expansion valve by using a bypass hose for supplying air to the expansion valve in the case of air conditioner mode conversion from a single mode to a dual mode. A structure for preventing cooling of a rear expansion valve of a vehicle includes a condensed water drain pipe(24) connected to a bypass hose(110) for blowing air to an expansion valve(70). A blower cover(120) surrounds the expansion valve, and has a blower hole at a lower end of the blower cover and a cover connection part extended from the blower hole, wherein the bypass hose is inserted by the cover connection part.
