An endoscope enclosure is provided to sterilize an endoscope by making fluid pass through an inner space via suction and ejection fluid connectors. The endoscope enclosure is composed of a body; a first flexible tube combined into the body; an inner space(116) for containing an endoscope(110) in a direction of the first flexible tube vertically hung downward from an endoscope body; a suction fluid connector fluidly communicating with the inner space and having a partition for isolating the inner space from the external environment; and an ejection fluid connector fluidly communicating with the inner space and having a partition for isolating the inner space from the external environment. The inner space is sealed from the external environment. The endoscope is sterilized by passing the fluid through the inner space via the suction and ejection fluid connectors. The endoscope enclosure is stored in a direction of the first flexible tube.
