摘要 A transflective liquid crystal display device is provided to improve an aperture ratio by increasing an area of a transmissive part more than an area of a reflective part, and secure total storage capacitor and improve a viewing angle characteristic by forming a storage capacitor between domains. Gate lines(225) and data lines(239) are arranged on a first substrate and cross each other. Thin film transistors are formed at cross points of the gate lines and the data lines, and formed of gate electrodes(223), a semiconductor layer, and source and drain electrodes(235,237). Pixel electrodes(261a,261b,261c) are connected with the thin film transistors and are formed at a plurality of domains(A,B,C). Connecting pixel electrodes(260a,260b) connect the pixel electrodes formed at the plurality of domains. Slits are formed inside the pixel electrodes for defining the plurality of domains. A first storage electrode is formed at a reflective part. A second storage electrode is formed under the connecting pixel electrodes. A reflective electrode(249) is formed at the reflective part. A second substrate is opposite to the first substrate, while a liquid crystal layer is interposed between the first substrate and the second substrate.
