A pipe connecting joint is provided to prevent a leakage of a pipe connection part by engaging pipes with each other and coupling clamp bands to protrusions formed at the outer surfaces of the pipes. A pipe connecting joint includes pipes(110a,110b), a joint ring(130), and a pair of clamp bands(120a,120b). The pipes have outer surfaces with protrusions(112a,112b) formed in a circumferential direction, and inner surfaces with a connection groove(114) and a protrusion groove(116). The joint ring is interposed between the connection groove and the protrusion groove of the pipes, and coupled to the pipes. The clamp bands have first flanges(124a,124b) and second flanges(160a,160b), and semi-circular clamp body parts(126a,126b). The first flanges are coupled by inserting bolts(142a,142b) into joint holes(140a,140b) and tightening the bolts by nuts(144a,144b). The second flanges are coupled by inserting bolts(164a) into joint holes(162a,162b) and tightening the bolts by nuts(166a). The semi-circular clamp body parts are coupled by inserting a bolt(152) into joint holes(150a,150b) and tightening the bolt by a nut(154).
