<p>A printed circuit board (1) is presented for connecting with electronic components (30), comprising at least one slot (12) extending through the printed circuit board, which slot is suitable for receiving the electronic components. The inner surface (14) of the at least one slot is provided with at least one recess (16) extending from one side of the printed circuit board (1) to the other. The recess or recesses (16) act like a "channel" for solder material, which is used for connecting printed circuit boards with electronic components, such that the solder material is drawn into the recess by capillary force, substantially increasing the contact surface of solder material and the parts to be connected.</p> |
