A quality information database system is provided to utilize goods quality information to goods sourcing, broadcasting demonstration, customer reception, and accident preventive data in a home shopping company by constructing a goods quality information database and sharing the goods quality information stored in the database. A quality history part(310) constructs the database by discriminating inspection history information and defect/improvement information of the goods. A quality definer(320) constructs the database by discriminating quality rule information and quality assurance rule/procedure information of the home shopping company. A quality knowledge part(330) constructs the database by discriminating basic knowledge/reference data for the goods quality, explanation for terms related to the goods/quality, and news related to the goods quality. A Q/A(Question/Answer) part(340) constructs the database by discriminating questions and answers related to the goods quality. |
