A back light unit is provided to improve the quality of moving pictures of a liquid crystal display by increasing the effect of scanning driving without lowering the uniformity of brightness by installing reflectors for minimizing light interference between light sources. A plurality of light sources(L1-Ln) are lighted sequentially. A case(101) contains the plurality of light sources. A plurality of reflectors(102) have first planes facing a first light source which is lighted in the first place, wherein the first planes are inclined to a bottom of the case, and have second planes facing a second light source which is lighted next to the first light source, wherein the second planes are vertical to the bottom of the case. The light sources are arranged between the reflectors. The reflectors are protruded from the bottom of the case. |
