A device and method for pre-treatment and injection of a liquid specimen are provided to perform specimen collection, specimen pre-treatment and specimen injection in one device, and prevent clogging of a microchannel by removing foam and remnants of the specimen. The device for pre-treatment and injection of the liquid specimen comprises: a first syringe containing a first tube(10) having an opened top and a first hole(11) in the lower part, and a projection portion(14) formed in the lower outside wall of the first tube; a second syringe containing a second tube(16) having an opened top and a second hole, and larger inner diameter than outer diameter of the first tube, a second piston(17) being movable along the inner wall of the second tube and having a third hole(18), and a communication channel(19) for liquid-communicating the first hole of the first tube with the third hole of the second piston, and fixing the second piston to the first tube; and a joint portion(21) containing an opening(22) being releasably attached to the second tube and having a shape corresponding to the first tube, and grooves(23a, 23b) having a shape corresponding to the projection portion, and passing through the first tube when the projection portion combines with the groove.
