An organic electro-luminescence display device and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to reduce the number of manufacturing processes by removing a deposition process of a nitride silicon at the different temperature for forming inverse-tapered barrier ribs. An organic electro-luminescence display device includes an anode electrode(104), an insulation film(136), a barrier rib(108), an organic light emitting layer(110), a cathode electrode(112), and a TFT(Thin Film Transistor) array. The anode electrode is formed on an upper substrate. The insulation film exposes a region of the organic light emitting layer on the anode electrode. The barrier rib defines a cell region for the organic light emitting layer on the insulation film and is made of ZnO in an inverse-tapered shape. The organic light emitting layer is defined by the barrier rib on the cell region. The cathode electrode is formed on the organic light emitting layer. The TFT array is formed on a lower substrate which is attached to the upper substrate.
