METHOD FOR CONTROLLING VIDEO SERVER USING REAL-TIME TRANSPORT PROTOCOL, AND RECORD MEDIUM THEREOF

A method for controlling a video server using an RTP and a recording medium thereof are provided to transmit A/V to a plurality of clients in real-time without installing a streaming server by converting an A/V packet into an A/V RTP packet according to the RTP. An analog A/V signal is converted into a digital A/V signal. The digital A/V signal is compressed and the A/V packet is generated by respectively making the compressed A/V data a packet. The A/V packet is converted into the A/V RTP packet by the RTP. The A/V RTP packet is transmitted to the client by a TCP(Transmission Control Protocol)/UDP(User Datagram Protocol)-IP(Internet Protocol). A communication message is interchanged with the clients by an SIP(Session Initiation Protocol).
