摘要 Provided is a composition comprising a hydrolysate of an egg yolk protein having the activity relating to the anticoagulating effect such as the inhibition of platelet aggregation and the delay of blood coagulation time so as to be usefully used for preventing and treating hyperlipidemia, myocardial infarction, cerebral thrombosis, and hypertension. The anticoagulating composition comprises a hydrolysate of an egg yolk protein obtained by removing fat from an egg yolk using an organic solvent or a supercritical fluid used for food processing and then hydrolyzing it with a protease as an effective ingredient. In the composition, the hydrolysate of the egg yolk protein contains at least 50% of a peptide and a protein having a molecular weight of less than 10kDa.
