A reinforced impact beam is provided to enhance absorption performance against impact energy by reinforcing the entire portion or the central portion of a beam and embossing the surface of the beam. A reinforced impact beam comprises a reinforcing section, which is provided at the central portion of the reinforced impact beam. The reinforcing section has a length corresponding to 3/12 to 5/12 of the entire length of the impact beam. The reinforcing section has a length corresponding to 1/3 of the entire length of the impact beam. The impact beam is made of a pipe having a circular section and the reinforcing section comprises a long axis having an elliptic section and extending in the external load direction. The reinforcing section is reinforced using carbon fiber, glass fiber or other reinforcing materials. The reinforcing section is prepared in the form of a dual pipe by additionally installing a pipe outside of a main beam.
