A METHOD FOR PREPARING A SILANE GRAFTED POLYOLEFIN COMPOSITION BY USING COMPLEX CARRIER

Provided are a method for preparing a silane grafted-polyolefin composition, and a method for preparing a silane grafted-polyolefin crosslinked resin by using the composition to improve the dispersion of a silane and a radical initiator and the degree of crosslinking. The silane grafted polyolefin composition is prepared by providing 100 parts by weight of a polyolefin base resin; providing 6-10 parts by weight of a solid carrier resin obtained by infiltrating a solution comprising 0.01-0.4 parts by weight of an organic peroxide dissolved in 0.5-5 parts by weight of an unsaturated organic silane of the formula(1) into a polyolefin-ethylene-based copolymer composite resin or a polyolefin-styrene-based copolymer composite resin; and melt-mixing the polyolefin base resin and the solid carrier resin, wherein R' is H or a methyl group; R is an organic group capable of being hydrolyzed to become a silanol group (SiOH) and is an alkoxy group, an aralkoxy group, an aliphatic acryloxy group, or an amino group substituted with an aryl group or an alkyl group; each x and y is 0 or 1 but y is 1 if x is 1; and n is an integer of 1-12. The carrier resin is a pellet obtained by extruding a polyolefin-ethylene-based copolymer or a polyolefin-styrene-based copolymer, and has a size such that the number of pellet per 1 g is 70 or more.
