A liquid crystal panel and a driving circuit thereof are provided to equalize light transmission amount in left, right, up, and down directions by twisting liquid crystal cells at different angles due to the electric field intensity difference. A liquid crystal panel includes plural main and sub gate lines(FGL1~FGL2,SGL1~SGL2), data lines(DL1~DL4), and pixel cells. The main and sub gate lines are alternately disposed in one of vertical and horizontal directions. The data lines are disposed to cross with the main and sub gate lines. The pixel cells are electrically connected to the data lines and one of the main and sub gate lines at regions defined by the gate and data lines. A pixel is made of a first pixel cell which is connected to the main gate lines and a second pixel cell which is connected to the sub gate lines.
