摘要 A sensor device for detection of extensive range dissolved hydrogen gas in oil using a combined hydrogen gas sensor and a membrane is provided to apply double hydrogen gas selection technology of a combined type hydrogen gas sensing unit and a hydrogen gas high permeability macromolecule membrane to improve reliability and selectivity of hydrogen gas. A sensor device for detection of extensive range dissolved hydrogen gas in oil using a combined hydrogen gas sensor and a membrane includes a metal housing(11), a metal mesh(12), a macromolecule membrane(13), a hydrogen gas sensing unit(14), a thermometer(16), a terminal unit(17), and a hydrogen gas detecting sensor(10). The metal housing prevents insulation oil from intruding into the sensor with forming a body of the sensor. The metal mesh prevents a foreign substance of the insulation oil from intruding inside of the metal housing. The macromolecule membrane prevents the intrusion of a liquid but passes gas such as hydrogen gas. More than one combined type hydrogen gas sensing unit sense hydrogen gas by assembling a MOSFET sensor using a resistance type sensor and a hydrogen gas induction type metal as a gate electrode. The thermometer measures the temperature of the hydrogen gas sensing unit, a thin film resistor heater, and a ceramic heater. The terminal unit supplies sensor power while transferring an output signal of the combined type hydrogen gas sensing unit to the outside. The hydrogen gas detecting sensor includes a pump motor(18) installed to remove the remained gas.
