A manual operating device of a shutter is provided to ascend and descend a shutter easily while shutting off the power supply by pulling a chain in rightward and leftward directions. The invention relates to a manual operating device of a shutter for ascending and descending a shutter easily while shutting off the power supply by pulling a chain(100) in rightward and leftward directions. Hereon a rotary plate(20) rotated by the chain is installed on one end of a driving motor(10) which guides the ascending and descending movements of the shutter and provided with a driving unit engaged with a gear unit of the driving motor to guide the rotation of a shaft of the driving motor. |
