A liquid cartridge is provided to secure high rigidity of a side part of a front end in an insertion direction and obtain high forming accuracy by forming a cartridge main body in an injection molding method. A liquid cartridge includes a contacting device(200). The contacting device includes a connection terminal(202), a connector part(203), a holder part(204), and a holder spring(212). The connector part is capable of contacting to the connection terminal. The holder part is movable and keeps the connector part fixed. One end of the holder spring is fixed on the holder part and another end of the holder spring is a printer main body. The holder spring compresses the holder part in a loading direction of an ink cartridge(11).
