A system for connecting a chain link to an inner ring of an anti-skid device is provided to prevent the system from interfering with mechanical members of a vehicle by allowing the system to have a limited bulk. A system is used to connect a chain link(10) to an inner ring(3) of an anti-skid device. The chain link(10) comprises a plurality of twisted links(11). The system comprises an U bolt element(50) connected to the inner ring(3), a twisted section(61) and a terminal link(60). The twisted section(61) is connected to the twisted links(11) of the portion(10) of the chain. The terminal link(60) comprises a flat straight section(62) connected to the U bolt element(50). The U bolt element(50) performs an articulation motion relative to the terminal link(60), and is prepared in the form of a plate bent into an U shape around a core(31) of the inner ring(3) such that U bolt element(50) rotates about the core(31).
