A composition for skin external application mainly comprising spicy taste ingredients is provided to improve various diseases related to blood circulation trouble and be being applied or attached to skin. The composition for skin external application comprises a plant extract including one spicy taste ingredient selected from the group consisting of a hot pepper extract, a green onion extract, a garlic extract and a gardenia seeds extract or a chemically synthesized spicy taste ingredient and dextrine or similar material thereof in the mixing ratio of 0.05-0.1:0.1-10. The composition further comprises 0.001-0.005 part by weight of a freshening agent regarding 0.05-0.1 part by weight of the plant extract including the spicy taste ingredient or the chemically synthesized spicy taste ingredient.
