A proximity distance ultrasonic sensor without proximate noise is provided to secure exact and reliable measurement by removing proximity distance acoustic noise between ultrasonic wave transmitting and receiving sensors through the structural form of an inner resonator, in judging the proximity distance and whether an object exists in the front side or not. A proximity distance ultrasonic sensor of a noise removing structure is composed of a unimorph-type vibration plate having a circular metal plate, electrodes, and a circular or square piezo-electric ceramic plate formed by attaching one of the electrodes to the metal plate and an oval resonator(30) attached on the upside of the metal plate. The oval resonator is produced by filling an acryl or aluminum thin film with silicon or other materials.
