SYSTEM FOR THE AUTOMATIC DISPLAY OF SEATING ASSIGNMENT INFORMATION AND METHOD OF USE THEREOF

The present invention provides a novel system to automatically display the seating assignment of an attendee. The system comprises a processor in electronic communication with a database, an electronic reader and a display screen. Th e attendee wears a badge which comprises at least an computer readable portion itself comprising an identification number or code. When the electronic reader reads the identification number from the badge, the name and the seating assignment of the attendee a re retrieved from the database and displayed on the display screen. A method is also provided thereof.
