An LCD(Liquid Crystal Display) fabrication line and an apparatus for bonding substrates are provided to improve the manufacturing yield and reduce the manufacturing cost by reducing time for saturating a discharge amount of liquid crystal by proceeding with a bonding process and an aging process at the same time. TFTs(Thin Film Transistors) and a color filter layer are formed at a lower substrate and an upper substrate through a TFT array process and a color filter process(S201,S204). Alignment films are applied on the lower substrate and the upper substrate for performing rubbing(S202,S205). Liquid crystal is dropped on a liquid crystal panel area of the lower substrate(S203). A sealant is applied on a liquid crystal outer ring area of the upper substrate(S206). The upper substrate and the lower substrate are transferred to a substrate bonding apparatus so that the upper substrate and the lower substrate are bonded with each other, and at the same time, the dropped liquid crystal is spread on a whole surface of a panel(S207). A plurality of liquid crystal panels having a liquid crystal layer are formed at the glass substrate(S208). The glass substrate is cut into the plurality of liquid crystal panels. Each panel is inspected(S209).
