An inorganic electro-luminescent display panel and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to prevent inner layers from being short-circuited to each other by forming the respective layers using a vacuum suction force while the layers and the substrate are elongated by a high temperature compressed during the predetermined time. An inorganic electro-luminescent display panel includes a substrate(11), a first electrode layer(12), a fluorescent layer(13), a dielectric layer(14), a second electrode layer(15), a conductive protective layer(16), and an insulation protective layer(20). The substrate is 3D-formed in a predetermined shape. The transparent first electrode layer is formed on the substrate. The fluorescent layer and the dielectric layer are laminated on the first electrode layer. The second electrode layer is formed on the dielectric layer. The conductive protective layer is formed on the second electrode layer and suppresses noise. The insulation protective layer is formed on the conductive protective layer to enclose the conductive protective layer.
