An air purifier with a cluster anion/cation generator is provided to eliminate odor and various harmful substances contained in air and maintain the environment of the cabin always pleasantly at the same time by uniformly emitting large amounts of anions and cations into the entire part of a cabin. An air purifier with a cluster anion/cation generator comprises: a case having an air inlet and an air outlet; a filter installed at the air inlet side of the case; a blowing fan rotatably installed in the case; and a cluster anion/cation generator(20) installed on an air flow path of at least one of the air inlet and the air outlet to emit a cluster of anions and cations into air by electromagnetic radiation, wherein the cluster anion/cation generator includes: a body(20) having a high voltage generation part(21) and a clamping part(22); a power supply input part(24); a first discharge electrode(25) comprising a first high voltage output wire(25a) and at least one brush-shaped anion generation part(25b); and a second discharge electrode(26) comprising a second high voltage output wire(26a) and at least one brush-shaped cation generation part(26b).
