A mobile communication terminal with a detachable button device for the handicapped person is provided to detachably mount the detachable button device having braille-type projections on a body where substantial terminal buttons are formed, thus even the handicapped person can easily input characters and other numbers. A detachable button device(30) is mounted on the first body, while braille-type projections corresponding to function key buttons and number buttons are realized. The device comprises as follows. Projections(32) corresponding to grooves formed on the first body are disposed on a lower side of a rim portion. An electric wire unit(31a) equipped with a jack(31b) is disposed in combination with a projection protruded from a one-sided edge of the rim portion. Either a connecting portion(37) or the jack(31b) is inserted into a jack inserting portion or a connecting portion located on a side of the first body.
