A foot digital compression plate is provided to attach digital compression projections without inclining by disposing the digital compression projections between tiles and to maximize a digital compression effect by keeping gaps among the projections uniform. The foot digital compression plate(100) is composed of a base; an adhesive agent(150) formed on the upside of the base; a plurality of tiles attached to the adhesive agent at regular intervals; a plurality of digital compression projections(180) disposed and attached between the tiles, wherein the lateral sides of the digital compression projections are supported by plural tiles; a heating element(130) interposed between the base and the adhesive agent; and silicone filled between the digital compression projection and the adhesive agent or between the tile and the adhesive agent.
