A method for preparing mixed yellow dye and lacquer is provided to obtain mixed yellow dye and lacquer fused well with each other and showing a maximized effect of each component and having excellent coating film characteristics including gloss and durability. The method for preparing mixed yellow dye and lacquer comprises the steps of: mixing 30-50 wt% of a yellow dye with 15-25 wt% of lacquer to provide a mixture; adding 10-14 wt% of pop stone, 4-6 wt% of natural hemps, 7-9 wt% of bee honey, 1-3 wt% of egg white, 2-4 wt% of green tea powder and 8-12 wt% of gardenia fruits as fusion materials to the mixture; agitating the resultant mixture; and filtering the agitated mixture to separate mixed yellow dye and lacquer from the residue. In the method, 1-3 wt% of camellia oil may be further added during the agitation step.
