Provided is a liquid manure producing machine with an improved structure to enable a user to operate the machine at a convenient height for the user and to facilitate input of organic byproducts and fluid through an auxiliary hopper. The liquid manure producing machine comprises: a lower frame(10) equipped with casters(100); a low-temperature heating tank cover with an open top; a low-temperature heating tank(30) with a built-in heater(300); a reaction chamber(40) including a hopper(400) opened/closed by a door(401), transparent windows(402,403), and a heater; a circulation pump(50) connected to a circulation pipe(406); an auxiliary hopper(60) protruded from the tope of the reaction chamber(40) and having an air filter(600) on one side; a heat supply box(70); and a net vessel injection unit including a conveyor and a net vessel securing part.
