A treatment device for introducing ion of active ingredients and applying far infrared rays to the hair is provided to increase the penetration into the hair due to ions of treatment ingredients and to secure good treatment effect by ionizing the treatment solution. In the treatment device for introducing ion of active ingredients and applying far infrared rays to the hair, a treatment tool(1) is composed of a tightly holding tool(5) having handles(6) swung like a butterfly about a base portion(2), fitted to each other to restrict a swinging motion, and branched into two stages; an ultrasonic moisture generating unit(9) installed at the front end of a hair holding unit(8) corresponding to the inside(7) of the front end of one handle; a moisture ejection port disposed on the inside of the handle of the ultrasonic moisture generating unit; an ultrasonic wave generating switch installed on the surface of one handle; a hair holding unit(12) composed of an ionizing electrode and an infrared ray irradiating surface and disposed in parallel on the inside of the front end of the other handle in the longitudinal direction of the handle; and a wire cord(4) for generating ultrasonic waves and infrared rays and introducing ion, connected to the rear end of the base portion of the handle. A control power device(17) comprises an ionization circuit unit, an infrared ray generating power unit, and an ultrasonic wave generating power unit, which are embedded inside and an ion introducing wire cord(18) having an ionizing electrode face(19) formed at the front end and provided with the polarity opposite to that of the ionizing electrode of the treatment tool.
