An active component array substrate is provided to change a portion or the entire portion of wires with a single conduction layer into wires with plural conduction layers connected in parallel with each other, thereby reducing the signal delay or distortion phenomena. A substrate has a display area(210a) and a non-display area(210b). Plural scan lines(220) are located at the display area. Plural data lines(230) are located at the display area. Scan lines and data lines divide the display area into plural pixel areas. Plural switching components(240) are respectively located at the pixel areas and electrically connected with the scan lines and data lines. Plural pixel electrodes(250) are located at the pixel areas and electrically connected with the corresponding switching components. Plural first lines are located at the non-display area. At least a portion of each line includes the first conduction layer located at the substrate. The second conduction layer is located on the first conduction layer and electrically connected with the first conduction layer in parallel. The first conduction layer and any one among the scan lines, data lines and pixel electrodes are located at the same layer. |
