An organic electro-luminescence display device and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to prevent erosion of a pad unit by forming the pad unit using a conductive material with a high anti-erosion property. A gate line is arranged on a first substrate(100). A gate pad link unit(113) is formed at an end of the gate line. A gate insulation film(101) is formed on the first substrate containing the gate line and the gate pad link unit. First and second conductive layers are laminated on the gate insulation film to form a data line. A data pad is arranged at an end of the data line. A gate pad(110) is separated from the data line. A protective film(102) is formed on the data line, the data pad, and the gate pad and includes a contact hole which exposes the gate pad link unit, the data pad, and the gate pad. A link line(115) is arranged on the protective film and electrically connects the gate pad link unit with the gate pad. The first conductive film is made of an anti-erosion conductive material. |
