A device for measuring the overlap degree of a bill separating module is provided to quickly and exactly measure the overlap degree of a feed roller and a gate roller so that the overlap degree between the rollers is controlled at an optimal reference set value obtained by a test. A device for measuring the overlap degree of a bill separating module(10) is composed of the bill separating module equipped with a feed roller(F) and a gate roller(G) overlapped with the outer periphery of the feed roller; a dial gauge(20) comprising a first contact leg(21) contacted to the outer periphery of the feed roller and a second contact leg(22) contacted to the outer periphery of the gate roller, and displaying the displacement degree between the first and second contact legs; and a jig unit(30) for inserting and placing the first and second contact legs of the dial gauge on an overlapped part of the feed and gate rollers, wherein the bill separating module is fixed to the jig unit.
