A method for removing an anisotropic conductive film is provided to easily remove an anisotropic conductive film while minimizing damage of parts except the anisotropic conductive film by selectively applying an anisotropic conductive film remover to an area where the anisotropic conductive film is attached. Printed circuit boards are sorted by models(S100). Each printed circuit board is totally inspected to decide reproduction(S110). A TCP(Tape Carrier Package) attached to the printed circuit board is removed(S120). An ACF(Anisotropic Conductive Film) remover is sprayed to an area from which the TCP is removed(S130). An ACF is soaked(S140). The ACF is firstly removed by a grinder(S150). The unremoved ACF is secondly removed through alcohol and the grinder(S160). The printed circuit board, from which the ACF is removed, is cleaned(S170). |
